KCFC JOINS ECNL
KCFC is proud to announce that it joins other top clubs from across thecountry by becoming one of the new members of the Elite Clubs National League. Joining this league enables our U15 to U18 girls teams to play in the top events against the counytry's top teams. CAROLINE STANLEY SELECTED TO THE U17 NATIONAL TEAM SQUAD
Caroline was selected to the National team following the training camp in Florida last week. She will now head to Costa Rica for the CONCACAF Championships next weekend. Two teams from this championship will qualify for the U17 World Cup which will be held in Trinidad and Tobago. More info....
MARLBOROUGH IN U20 SQUAD TRAVELING TO SPAIN
Following their CONCACAF U20 Championship win in Guatemala City the US Women's U20s now visit La Manga, Spain (Feb 18-27) to play U23 teams from Norway, England and Germany. KCFC and Nebraska forward Morgan Marlborough is included on the team. Click here for more details

CAROLINE STANLEY RETURNS TO THE U17G NATIONAL TEAM CAMP
Caroline will be returning to Florida next week for another U17G National team camp. Caroline is one of three goalkeepers who will be attending the camp. They are all competing for spots in coach Kaz Tambi's squad for the 2010 CONCACAF U17 Women's Championship. Click here for details on the championships

SETH SINOVIC DRAFTED BY NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION
Former KCFC and Creighton defender Seth Sinovic was drafted with the 25th overall selection to New England Revolution. This marks the second consecutive year for KC to have a player drafted in the MLS SuperDraft as Seth follows in the footsteps of KCFC teammate Matt Besler who was drafted by the Wizards last year. Both Matt & Seth were coached by KCFC coaches Gareth Hughes, Alan Jones and Steve Sweetin. Michael Thomas, another player coached by KCFC coaches Gareth Hughes & Jon Collett was also drafted this year. Michael went #19 in the draft and headed to San Jose Earthquakes. He has subsequently been offered a contract with Swedish 1st division side Halmstads BK.
